Bolyai Lecture Series on Arts and Sciences

The Lecture Series operates under and has been presented by the American Hungarian Foundation in New Brunswick, New Jersey (USA) since 1999. The Chairman of the Lecture Series is Prof. Dr. Andras Prekopa, Member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and Professor of Operations Research, Rutgers University. The Vice Chairmen are Prof. August J. Molnar and Dr. Istvan Sohar. Thus far, 25 lectures in the arts, sciences, and history have been presented by qualified professors or researchers. The Lecture Series honors Janos Bolyai, the world-renowned Hungarian mathematician born in 1802.
